Educational independence
Sponsors fund education but do not control academic content, assessments, or certification outcomes. Curriculum is developed independently to protect credibility and learner trust.
Transparency & transfers of value
Sponsorships are disclosed openly. Where applicable, partners remain responsible for their own reporting obligations, including U.S. Open Payments (Sunshine Act) transfers of value.
No quid pro quo
Sponsorship confers no influence over any prescribing, purchasing, formulary, clinical, or regulatory decision, consistent with the U.S. Anti-Kickback Statute and global anti-bribery laws (FCPA, UK Bribery Act).
No implied endorsement
Recognition of a sponsor does not constitute endorsement of that sponsor's products or services by the Academy, nor of the Academy by the sponsor, unless separately agreed in writing.
Data privacy
Learner and community data are handled in line with applicable privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA. Sponsors do not receive personal data without explicit, lawful consent.
